As we get into the story surrounding my weight loss I will be posting a daily menu and a grocery list to help you find satiating foods that I have researched over the past 20 months.

Let's face it, who wants to starve? I have conducted an exhaustive search for common food items that will help you lose weight and keep you from becoming grumpy.
